Key Dates

These are the key dates in the process to implement on-line journals:

March 1 Registration for training begins
March 11 Training for Pilot Users and Go-To Users begins
March 15 Last day for Control Points and MSOs to submit requests to make changes to the Role Assignments; additional changes will not be accepted until after 4/12
March 17 Training for All Other Campus Users begins
March 22 The new system is put into production and selected Pilot Users test it
March 23 All Pilot Users start processing journals in the new system
April 1 Starting with the April 2004 period, Departments will no longer send paper journals to Accounting for processing; all March paper journals will be processed
April 12 All Go-To and Other Campus Users start processing April journals in the new system

Note: Keep in mind that going live depends on a number of related activities being successfully completed by the go-live date (system testing, security, training, customer support, etc). Many people on campus are working hard to deliver the system according to the above schedule. Please remain flexible. Our goal is to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.
