ImageNow WebNow
What is ImageNow Webnow?
It is a web connection to the database housing invoice images scanned in the Accounts Payable Dept. ImageNow scanning began 10/2008. The WebNow version allows the departments the opportunity to view invoices as needed. We have restricted access to check requests and expense reports.
We started the pilot with designated departments in October 2009 and will be opening it up to additional departments following the completion of the pilot (expected end of November).
How does the WebNow Access work?
WebNow is a web based version of ImageNow and requires the network domain logon to match exactly the logon set up in ImageNow for authentication. This is not the Weblinks id.
This authentication is done through the Active Directory Id. For those users on Macintosh, the log in will be the domain plus the AD id. This should be the same log in used to get on the mail server, e.g. Campus\jdoe.
