
Vacation Leave Pool will...
ensure UCSF compliance with UCOP policy to recognize vacation liability at the time it is earned
benefit from having the HBS Timekeeping System already in place, with active and accurate leave reporting
assess vacation liability from the funding sources in place at the time vacation is earned
create a pool of funds to subsequently fund any vacation leave taken by or paid out to employees
required for all Academics and Staff who earn vacation and/or sick leave
will impact current budgeting and financial management practices in departments
